One of the most important aspects of getting recruited is being able to separate yourself from the competition.  One way to do this is to make a workout video of yourself running through common drills that coaches take players through during practice.  There are several drill that are used to measure an athletes speed, quickness, agility and athleticism.  Each one of these drill should be in your Workout Video.  You should also include position drills such as defending if you are a DB, LB, or Safety, throwing if you are a QB, catching if your are a WR, etc.  If possible, include weightlifting and jumping as part of your video.
